Günçe Ozan received her DDS degree in 2011 from the Faculty of Dentistry at Istanbul University, Istanbul, Turkey. She immediately started her PhD at the Restorative Dentistry Department of the same university. After studying dental erosion and preventive dentistry on her thesis, she had her PhD degree in 2017. She worked at the Young Dentists Commission of the Turkish Dental Association for 2 years.
She is now continuing her career at the Istanbul University as assistant professor. The role of oral biofilm and diet on caries development, properties and indirect applications of composite resins are some of her lectures. She has 30 scientific publications in internationally/nationally indexed journals and book chapters. She has membership in Turkish Restorative Dentistry Association and love to follow events of international scientific associations such as EFCD and IADR.
